Unexpected birthday celebration
During my stay, I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service from the staff, especially Andre and Ricardo, who ensured my birthday celebration was memorable. The beautiful, landscaped gardens provided a serene escape, and the free airport shuttle was a huge plus, making my arrival seamless. Breakfast offered a nice variety, complemented by fresh juices every morning.
However, the hotel’s location, while peaceful, is quite far from downtown Quito, which limited my sightseeing opportunities without cab services. The room, although spacious, lacked certain amenities like a coffee maker. Additionally, the vibe around the hotel felt somewhat quiet and isolated at times.

The hotel had a cozy heated pool that was perfect for lounging with our young baby. The staff really went above and beyond to assist us with daily needs. The breakfast spread was vast, and we appreciated the area shuttle for exploring nearby attractions.
My wife says that better dining options would greatly enhance family stays.

The room was big and pretty comfy, with a nice bathroom. I loved how it had two showers, which was a bonus. The beds were decent, but nothing too fancy. Really liked the heated pool and spa access. The only downside is it's a bit far from the city, so getting a cab back was tricky at times.

The grounds provided a peaceful escape, with beautiful gardens and a relaxing pool area where I read a book under the sun. I enjoyed a lovely dinner in the hotel's restaurant. everything was fresh and pleasant. All staff members spoke English, making it easy for me as an American. Convenience to the airport was also a plus, though it wasn’t as close as I had imagined.
Some issues with noise in the room and the wifi wasn’t reliable.

Spacious room with a balcony view. The heated pool and jacuzzi were so relaxing. Great spa services offered, like full body and couples massages. The restaurant had a wide menu with a cozy seating area for meals. The whirlpool is a nice touch after exploring.
